Dr. Kim McNair is a nationally recognized C-suite executive, media strategist, and powerhouse entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience. As CEO of Kim McNair Productions, LLC and Founder of the Business Women Empowerment Project, Inc. (BWEP), she has carved out a legacy of impact—elevating brands, producing transformative events, and creating platforms for women and girls to lead with power and purpose. Dr. McNair is the force behind the Women on the MOVE Summit™ , now in its 12th year, which has empowered over 20,000 women across Metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia.
Through BWEP, she has mentored hundreds of high school girls through leadership development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and STEM programming. Her work bridges corporate, community, and educational spaces—turning inspiration into implementation. She holds executive certifications from Harvard Business School (Women in Leadership) and Cornell University (Women’s Entrepreneurship) and earned an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Humanities and Leadership from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary.
