Unlocking the Power of You: Lead Authentically, Grow Intentionally, Impact Infinitely

True leadership begins from the inside out. In this high-energy, transformative keynote, Anthony challenges audiences to move beyond titles and position-based leadership and step into something far more powerful — leading from who they are. Drawing from compelling real-world stories and hard-won personal insight, Anthony guides attendees through a practical framework for identifying their unique leadership DNA, breaking through the habits and mindsets that keep them playing small, and showing up with the kind of clarity and confidence that inspires others to do the same. Whether leading a team, an organization, or their own life, audiences leave equipped to build cultures where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to give their best.

Better, Not Bitter: How Adversity Forged the Leader I Was Always Meant to Be

What do you do when life hands you something you never asked for and never saw coming? For Anthony Tuggle, the answer came through one of the most humbling and harrowing experiences a person can face — a chronic kidney disease diagnosis that threatened not just his health, but his identity, his career, and everything he thought he knew about strength. In this raw, deeply personal, and ultimately triumphant keynote, Anthony takes audiences on a journey through the valley — the fear, the uncertainty, the moments of wanting to quit — and back out the other side with a leadership philosophy forged in fire. This is not a story about surviving. It’s a story about becoming. Anthony reveals how his greatest trial became his greatest teacher, reshaping how he leads, how he listens, and how he shows up for the people who depend on him. Through candid storytelling, hard-earned wisdom, and practical tools, he challenges audiences to stop waiting for easier circumstances and start building the resilience, empathy, and intentionality that turn adversity into an asset.

The Human Connection: Leading in an AI Era Where People Still Need to Feel Seen, Heard, and Valued

As AI reshapes roles and workflows faster than leaders can catch up, the differentiator isn’t technology—it’s humanity. For twenty years, Anthony Tuggle led teams and exceeded every metric while privately living with kidney disease, until he stopped leading from performance and started leading from truth. In this powerful keynote inspired by his book The Human Connection Building a High – Performance Culture Where People Feel Seen, Heard, and Valued, he shows why the more AI automates, the more connection becomes a leader’s competitive edge—and how the courage to be real builds a culture no algorithm can replicate.
