Janean C. Armstrong is a nationally recognized financial executive, award-winning author, keynote speaker, and community leader with more than 28 years of experience in banking and financial services. Throughout her distinguished career, she has led billion-dollar financial institutions, managed large-scale retail banking operations across multiple states, and helped thousands of individuals, families, and businesses achieve greater financial success.
Raised in the small town of Halley, Arkansas, Janean’s journey from humble beginnings to executive leadership is a testament to resilience, determination, faith, and purpose-driven leadership. Her passion for financial empowerment inspired her to write the award-winning book, Sis, Get Your Purse In Order, which has grown into a movement dedicated to helping women and girls build financial confidence, create wealth, and establish lasting legacies.
